I'm considering venting my clothes dryer into a non-dryer-venting system in my building. I'd like to remove as much lint as possible before entering the vent to avoid any risk of lint buildup over the years. Have you assessed if the Cyclone can effectively remove lint in a damp airstream?

I would expect the lint to build up on the cyclone walls. Probably would be enough scour to keep it clean.

If you could tune one of your products to enable an ongoing collection of lint so that it doesn't go into the duct works, you could save thousands of lives: http://www.apg.army.mil/apghome/sites/installation/iso/pdf/Clothes%20Dryer%20Fires.pdf

Your product doesn't have a filter to clog up. So, even if it is not serviced, it doesn't clog up for a long time. And, if it is clear and visible, users will see that it needs to be cleaned.

For the design you would have to consider various installation scenarios. My situation requires that it be installed above a stacked washer-dryer before it is vented by a 160 CFM booster fan. I have very little space to fit it into.
