By the way, looking at the dimensions of the Pennstate (20" diameter x 21" high) it is not 35 Gal! I calculate just under 30 Gal...... Typo or creative marketing?
Sounds like creative marketing. Kind of like plants in "5 gallon" containers at the nursery that look to be no more than 2-3 gallons.
