I am glad to see you are constantly improving your products and listening to customer feedback, but could you detail any changes that you have made to your New and Improved Models? As an owner of a two year old CV1800, I am curious about the changes you have made. Where does the moisture problem occur? is there a weak spot I should keep an eye on or reinforce?
