Distributor Requirements

The following standards are required for International distributors of Clear Vue Cyclone products:

• An International Distributor will be required to order and stock sufficient CVC product quantities to serve the territory awarded.
• An International Distributor is appointed to market, sell and distribute CVC products and accessories to both consumer and industrial market segments.
• CVC appoints a distributor as an exclusive partner in a specific geographic territory during the term and under the conditions of the agreement.
• An International Distribution Agreement is based on a term agreed by both parties from the date noted on the agreement.
• An International Distributor will promote the CVC products on their web site, product catalog, sales literature and other advertising and marketing programs.
• Clear Vue Cyclones does not grant to the International Distributor the authority to appoint sub-Distributors, agents or any other non-Representative employee unless authorized by Clear Vue Cyclones.
