CV06 Mini System

Our Mini CV06 uses cyclonic air movement to separate and contain dust particles, minimizing harmful particle contamination in small workshop areas. The Mini CV06 uses a combination of centrifugal, gravitational and inertial forces to remove solid particles from the air with the same particle separation techniques found in our larger systems.

The Mini CV06 has been redesigned with new features such as:

• Curved Intake Chute – The curved intake chute provides less turbulence and resistance for the air as it enters the chamber. The air is channeled into the cyclonic rotation of a vortex with less resistance and dispersion than a straight intake chute.
• Curved Ramp – Once the air leaves the curved intake chute, it enters the curved ramp section of the body. The ramp further funnels the air into the cyclonic rotation and accelerates the air speed.
• Dimpled Diffuser Plate – This new additional to our Mini CV06 design provides a focal point for the vortex, adding to its stability, and prevents debris from being sucked back up into the chamber.

Standing 26" tall and weighing less than 5 pounds, the Mini CV06 is small, lightweight and portable. The system includes:

2. 3' flexible hose - 2" diameter
3. (2) flex hose couplings
4. (2) 1/4 - 20 x 2" Bolts
5. (2) 1/4 - 20 lock washers
6. (2) 1/4 - 20 nuts
7. (4) 1/4 - 20 fender washers
8. (2) 2" x 2" x 4" pieces of foam
9. (2) 5 Gallon Buckets

Tested to be 98% efficient at dust and debris removal with most standard shop vacs.
