Clear Vue Cyclones Giveaway. Please read the complete Official Rules below.
The Clear Vue Cyclones Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
- Reside within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
- Maintain an active social media account on Instagram, Facebook, and/or YouTube.
- Are able to tag Clear Vue Cyclones in a photo featuring their shop.
- Are willing to participate in promotional activities related to the Clear Vue Cyclone CV1776 dust collection system.
- Provide accurate contact information, including full name, phone number, mailing address, and social media account information.
Employees, affiliates, representatives, and immediate family members of Clear Vue Cyclones may be excluded from participation at the Sponsor’s discretion.
This Giveaway is sponsored by Clear Vue Cyclones (“Sponsor”).
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Complete the official entry form.
- Provide their full legal name, phone number, mailing address, email address (if applicable), and social media account handle(s).
- Agree to these Official Rules.
- Consent to the promotional requirements described below.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
As a condition of receiving the prize, the selected winner agrees to:
- Feature the Clear Vue Cyclone CV1776 in their shop, workspace, or project environment.
- Create and share promotional content featuring the Clear Vue Cyclone CV1776.
- Publish at least one (1) photo and/or video on their social media account(s).
- Tag Clear Vue Cyclones in such content when technically possible.
- Allow Clear Vue Cyclones to repost, share, distribute, and use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
By entering the Giveaway and accepting a prize, participants grant Clear Vue Cyclones and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, social media username(s), photographs, videos, testimonials, and submitted content for advertising, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.
By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Clear Vue Cyclones via phone, email, mail, or social media regarding:
- Giveaway administration
- Winner notification
- Promotional opportunities related to the Giveaway
Information collected during the Giveaway will be used for administration of the Giveaway and for promotional and marketing purposes consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.
Winner to be announced July 1, 2026.
The winner will be selected by Clear Vue Cyclones through a random drawing or other announced selection process. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified 2 day time period, is found ineligible, or refuses to comply with these Official Rules, Clear Vue Cyclones reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Clear Vue Cyclones reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Clear Vue Cyclones and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Clear Vue Cyclones, which shall be final and binding.
