Distributor Requirements
The following standards are required for International distributors of Clear Vue Cyclone products:
- An International Distributor will be required to order and stock sufficient CVC product quantities to serve the territory awarded.
- An International Distributor is appointed to market, sell and distribute CVC products and accessories to both consumer and industrial market segments.
- CVC appoints a distributor as an exclusive partner in a specific geographic territory during the term and under the conditions of the agreement.
- An International Distribution Agreement is based on a term agreed by both parties from the date noted on the agreement.
- An International Distributor will promote the CVC products on their website, product catalog, sales literature, and other advertising and marketing programs.
- Clear Vue Cyclones does not grant to the International Distributor the authority to appoint sub-distributors, agents, or any other non-Representative employee unless authorized by Clear Vue Cyclones.
